Editorial Review for Hooters – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
Waitresses in shiny tan nylons and tight, orange, '70s track shorts serve up beer and pub grub at this proudly "tacky yet unrefined" sports bar-restaurant. Tables are packed with men of all ages, from high-powered suits to college guys in baseball caps. While salads, sandwiches and shellfish are on the menu, most folks order chicken wings--available in six levels of spice intensity, from mild to super-hot 911.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I LOVE the rowdy atmosphere (thats what they take pride in, duh), the wings are sooo good, the cheese fries are to die for. "Tacky, yet unrefined" is such a good description of the place, and I love it. If you're looking for a fun night out, this is the place... if you're looking for a quiet evening or quiet date, this is NOT the place. How would the person above me go here and then complain that it was too rowdy? I don't think there's such thing... haha.

Pros: Girls in cute outfits, fun atmosphere.

Cons: its still Utah...

My first and last visit to hooter's was on November 8 2005. My roomate and I were bored so we thought we would try hooter's. We had the fish and it was like cardboard (worst food I have ever had). We saw our waitress two times only and thats when she took our order and brought our food. The waitress's were not that cute and the atmosphere was one of rowdiness and uncouth overweight men. We just had a horrible experience. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Pros: toilet flushed, heating, spoke english

Cons: bad service, terrible food, rowdy
