I try to avoid this hospital at all costs, unfortunately I have a wonderful doctor that practices here. When I arrived for my last bl**d draw, I was the only patient in the waiting room, but the front desk made me wait almost an hour before checking in. This was a simple doctor - ordered a draw from my veins (the word bl**d is not allowed here??), I had the orders in my hand, but they did not allow me to check in at the bl**d draw office. During check in the clerks were distracted, disinterested, and very slow. After check in at the front desk, I was sent to the bl**d draw area. Here I had to wait behind other people who were checking in at the bl**d draw area!! The total time for a simple bl**d draw was close to one and a half hours, and I started at 7 AM, not a busy time of the day. This is not the first time I have had poor service here, it is only one instance. We have lived in the area quite a few years, and have had multiple experiences with this hospital. When I had to call the ambulance to transport my extremely ill friend to the hospital in the middle of the night, we chose to drive by this hospital and transport her to another hospital because we have had too many problems with this hospital. There are many other options in the area, I would highly recommend passing by this hospital, it won't be difficult to find better care elsewhere. This is not the first time I hav
