The Terminator and the Incredible Hulk (aka Arnold Schwarzenegger and Lou Ferrigno) lifted weights at the gym's Venice, Calif., flagship years ago, but even today, customers frequenting charter loations are bound to encounter serious muscle. Take note: The boys with bulging biceps are the mascots, not the majority. Gold's generally offers Spinning, aerobics and kickboxing classes, yet weight-training remains the core of the program. Dumbbells and barbells, not spa-like amenities, are the rule.

Its a nice new facility. It is an exciting place to get a great workout and meet new people too. The staff is friendly and curteous. It is also close to the Layton mall so after a workout one can get something to eat, watch a movie, or shop.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: alot of new members

This place is awesome to visit. The people make the trip worthwhile. Classes are awesome and energetic and you always get a good workout. I would recommend it to any friend of mine.
Pros: energetic, friendly, good value
Cons: busy, parking, it rocks
