Best shakes, worst service!. I have been going to Iceberg since I was kid, and I agree with everyone else, they have the best shakes in town. I have noticed the past couple of years that the service is becoming increasingly worse. Last night was so bad it drove me to write this review. No greeting, no thank you, not even a smile. Just one ornry teenage drama queen with purple hair and a terrifying scowl! The Ballard family needs to make some personnel changes. For now, we are switching over to the other "Iceberg". We will try them again another year.
