The clinic was a God-send when I got sick while on vacation; however, getting a copy of the bill for my insurance after I returned home was a nightmare. Thankfully, I eventually got in touch with a lovely you woman who took care of the paperwork for me. Several months of frustration was resolved in fifteen minutes.
Pros: They get my recommendation only because of the work of the last person I spoke with who resolved my billing issues.
Cons: The lack of response to messages or requests.
