I am a current employee at body perfect tanning and have been here for 3 years. Many of the statements in the last review are false. I know this client and have always enjoyed her company and business at our salon i hope that she continues tanning at our salon and i like her very much as a person. She is claiming that our owner would not assist her in exchanging a product and accused the owner of cheating her of her money. First i would like to say she bought a 95.00 bottle of lotion and recieved the lotion on a sale for 25% off. She only purchased it for 71.25. We do have an exchange policy that if a customer is not happy with a bottle of tanning lotion they can exchange it within the first visit for another PRODUCT of equal value or more.....she wanted us to refund her so that she could purchase tans and the owner stated that the return policy was for product. The owner offered her several options one of which was to move to another bronzer lotion that is 85.00 and she refused to pay the difference. Then the owner offered her a bottle of CTSEVEN that we sell for 85.00 (not 35.00) and not charge her the difference. She did not want this lotion because it does not contain bronzers. She then asked about a 50.00 bottle of lotion, the owner explained that it was not as good of a lotion but offered her a bottle of total immersion after care also to make up the difference of what she spent. None of the options were satisfactory to her and other products were not an option because she said she did not like them. She then took the original bottle of lotion, left the salon, and e-mailed the owner and sent this review. The owner of the salon tried all she could to keep this client happy and she refused all options given to her. She has been in this business a long time and has never cheated anyone of their money she is a very honest person and she is very good with her clients. Thank you and we hope you come and check out our salon. :)

Pros: Great customer service, knowledgable staff, clean, and latest in tanning equipment

Cons: We are only open till 9 but we are open on sunday.

I have been a customer at Body Perfect for 4 years. I always enjoyed tanning there. The girls who work there always greet you by name, explain the products well, always tried to do the best for me, they created an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. However, the OWNER is a different experience altogether. I had bought a $90.00 bottle of tanning lotin and was told as always that if it didn't work, as long as, it was brought back the next time you tanned it could be exchanged. This particular lotion did not seem to work for me. I went to exchange the lotion and for the 1st time in 4 years I experienced TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE OWNER. She made it perfectly clear that she did not want to exchange the product. She did however state the exact same exchange policy as stated above and it was my next tan session that I had brought back the prodcut. The OWNER was very non-cordial. She did however offer to exchange my $90.00 bottle of lotion for a bottle of Total Immersion Moisterizer ($18.00) and a bottle of CT7 ($35.00). To my calcuation that left me being cheated out of approximately $35.00 - - $37.00 dollars. Once I pointed this out she then said that I wouldn't be happy with any other tanning lotion because I had bought a high end lotion and the other lotions are not as good. I tried to work something out with her for approximately 15 minutes; various lotions that I had previously tried and liked, passes, all of which she absolutely REFUSED to consider. The OWNER was UNWILLING to exchange my lotion for different lotions that would total the same amount as I had purchased. Although, she was eager to sell me an even more expensive lotion and have me pay the difference. I left her business with the same lotion that I had purchased due to her unwillingness to assist me. To be treated in this way by the OWNER was an experience that I had not encountered anywhere before. Through this experience I will not tan or refer anyone to this salon.

Pros: Customer Service given by the Girls is fantastic.

Cons: Customer Service from the OWNER is Horrible. Not RECOMMENDED.
