If the many shades of gray are a barometer, Chuck-a-Rama is a favorite eating place for Utah's senior citizens. Also popular with families with lots of children.
The Food
Be prepared to maneuver your way around buffet areas that are loaded with fruits, salads and salad fixings. Another offers side dishes and yet another boasts fried chicken, roast beef and a myriad of other main course ideas. The dessert table, of course, commands center stage and offers everything from Rice Krispie treats to banana cream pie.
What to Order
There's nothing wrong with the homemade mashed potatoes or the fresh, warm scones (make sure you smother them with honey). Otherwise, give it all a try--it is a buffet, you know.

I am admittedly not a big fan of buffets. But I like this place a lot. The food is really tasty. And the place is usually so busy, you know that it hasn't been sitting around for a long time. It always seems very fresh.
Pros: Good food, All you can eat!
Cons: Can get very crowded
