Provo Theatre Company, a nonprofit organization
founded in 1986, produces a five to six show annual season, beginning in September and ending in June. Lead by PTC Resident Artistic Director Charles Lynn Frost and Managing Director Richard
Hill, PTC moved into its new 132-seat, intimate theatre in April 1996. The newly renovated
facility was made possible by a generous grant from an anonymous theater lover. During its first season PTC produced Joseph and the "Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat," "Happy Valley," "Lost In Yonkers," "The Boys Next Door," "Godspell," "The Compleat Wks of Wllm Shkspr (abridged)," and "Nunsense II." Production Staff and acting positions are paid, and applications are taken throughout the season. Audition information can be obtained by contacting Provo Theatre Company at (801) 379-0600.
